I am very confused about the aide finance of COFI when I fill out the application form of the loan and bursary.I have consulted the counsellor at my college and he told me that it needs to be added in the column :

"Benefits form emploi-qeubec related to your paticipation in an manpower training measure or from the Ministere de l'immigration et des Communautes culturelles for the Programme d'aide finanaciere pour l'integration linguistique des immigrants(PAFILI)"

Before I have heard about that the COFI would not affected the bursary.But if it should be added on that column,it is no doubt that the bursary will be affected.

Whether the COFI will affect the bursary or not??Should I reporte it or not??
And is COFI  a "full time" course or not??

Much appreciated if someone can help me to make it more clear!!

I think yuo should report, and it don't affect B& L(If it is not study both at the same time).

I think that you had better to report it. because no matter you do it or not, the department of  revenu will know that. So you would have to write more letters to explain. No one could get the financial assistance from two department as a full-student at the same time. Once they find it, you have to return the money you get from COFI.
