I would suggest to do a self-test to confirm whether you ARE pregnant or not.  Go to any discounted superstores, like Walmart, Target (I am in the US, so I don't know any other store names in Canada) to buy a pregnant test device, should cost around $10.

Yes, it is legal to have an abortion (Liu Chan) in Canada.
