冬天正常胎压是否应和夏天一样，还是应该低些？，比如夏天胎压应为32，冬天是否应该还是这个数值？或者应该低一些，28~29？

1, normally, the car is going to work in its best condition under the tire pressure around 29- 32 psi(family car).
I sugget you to controll the pressure around 34psi, because the air inside the tire is going to contract when ouside temperature is low(there is oxygen and water stream)
2. it is going to very good if you put nitrogen into your tire instead of air. because it is gong to prevent oxidide your rim or mag. and it is not like air will contract so much while envirment temperature getting low
