有朋友以前用TOEFL进的JMSB, 刚考UWT,得2分(如果2分,被advise 参加CELDT考试,得3分才建议参加English placement T),请问,她现在要去参加什么考试?

If your friend scored "2" in the UWT, it is a FAILED grade.

She must go to English Department and register for the CEDLT test. She may be asked to take ESL 207, ESL 208 and ESL 209 depending on her result.

After that she can move forward to sit for the English Placement Test. She may be asked to take Engl 206, Engl207 and Engl 212. It also depends on her result in the English Placement Test. In addition, most of the students start from Engl 206.

Just go to register with English Department as early as possible, otherwise she may not be able to take any ESL course in this coming semester.

直接去考PLACEMENT TEST，但是必须要做点准备，如果再考的不好那么就只能去修ESL了。
PLACEMENT TEST有两次机会。
千万不要去考CELDT，去考了就没机会了。

我和她这个CASE一样，就是去考了PLACEMENT，然后就让我修ENGL了。
