it is not vendor's responsibility for any hardware malfunctions. except:
1) you buy extended warrenty from them
2) you have onsite service agreement with them
3) its within the return peroid. store makes their own return policies. some small retailers won't take any return or exchange at all; even the bigger ones, like future shop has a return period of two weeks, exchange period of 4 weeks (i am not sure though, just read your receipt). tell you a secret ( i should charge a price on this...), "club price" is the best place to go shopping. i once returned a dvd player after 4 monthes of use simplely becuase i perfer another newer model, no question asked... |
