都说公立的CPE 好,私立的DAYCARE 好不好? 那种收费一天10多刀的.

I think the public daycare centres here are better than the private ones even if they provide the same quality service. As I know, some of the private ones provide worse services. The system here is different from the system in Asia since the government here provides more support to the public ones.
