You have to find a notary instead of a lawyer to prepare the sale deed for you. Lawyer is for business; if it's residential house, it's notary's job.

It is right. Find a notary, cost about $1000. He/She will handle everything, including bank loan.

at BEAuro en gross?they have the standard offer for selling/buying house.It will only cost you about 10$
