I will suggest you better not to do that. There was a case two years ago when I applied my citizenship. A chinese fellow sent his app form three monthes ahead of time. The officer did not open his file right away, however, he DID keep the record what date he received the form. The fellow later was informed he was not qualified to apply the citizenship after 6 monthes. He was screwed!
