---你就填“没有”。好像如果你要你的雇主去要求validate，你的雇主还要先证明他不能在加拿大找到此工作的合适人选；麻烦死了。

title of employment就是医生，护士，警察，火葬场工人之类。

个人意见还是谨慎一点，因为你如果现在的合法身份就是work permit的话，那时非填不可了，否则岂不成了非法居留了。另外听说只要你有工作offer，基本上面试是100%过。
