我新移民4月底登陆蒙，今天9月份入学，我能申请到fall term的loan & bursaries么？
我看undergraduate calendar那本书上写的:
1）canadian citizen or permanent resident;
2) domiciled or residing in Quebec for one year < the last 12 consecutive months before pursuing their full-time studies>;
3) must be enrolled full-time.

我必须要登陆满一年才能申请L&B么？

如果你没有在别的省呆过3个月以上，在魁省住满3个月就是魁省居民了。如果你有csq，即本来就是魁省移民的话，就更没有问题了。
