Is free parking tomorrow (June,24) in downtown? Thanks

很久以来，周日PARKING一直是FREE的，即使在DOWNTOWN也如此。最近政府有关部门讨论准备在周日开始收费，但还有待讨论通过。另外，只有在有表的地方周日FREE，居民RESERVED的可不包括在内啊。小心那$42块的罚单啊。

Tomorrow is Monday, though a public holiday like July 1,the Canada Day. I don't think the parking is free. As I know,only Sunday is free,excluding any public holidays such as what I list above and even Xmas.
