Open dispute on this transaction with your credit card issuer. You will win.
I called RBC, they referred me to a so-called Better Business Bureau and told me always check with this Bureau before purchasing a service/product online. They told me that Bureau would investigate issues like that, and if I'm lucky, maybe I can get my money back!
However, VISA can do nothing for me in my case since I myself paid VOIPBUSTERPRO.
