, C1 Y! r$ M9 D我的理解是，如果要提前终止lease，我需要提前三个月书面通知房东，并仍然负责这三个月的房租，比如，我决定12月1日迁出，我9月1日必须通知。

+ X5 o7 l; J: f8 z8 x但现在房东的解释是，如果要提前终止lease，并且又没有人接手lease的情况下，我要交付三个月的penalty, 也就是说，在我搬出后仍然多支付三个月的房租。

上面的英文条目是摘抄自lease，上面只提到提前三个月通知的问题，并未有penalty的含义在里面。到底该如何理解呢？或者是否有哪个机构可以解释？
