Non bake cheesecake Recipe

12 oreo biscuits
3 tablespoon melted butter
250g cream cheese
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup whipped cream
3 teaspoon gelatine

1. Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter.
2. Press into a 7inch springform base, refrigerate
3. Dissolve gelatine in 2 tablespoons water and place over a bowl of hot water to melt/dissolve.
4. Beat cream cheese with lemon juice, sugar until smooth. Add cooled gelatine and mix.
5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
6. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the biscuits, refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
7. For decoration, put a thin layer of jello then put the fuirts on top

There are many different ways and styles you can try. For this one I used half cheese cream mixture blended with oreo to create a double layer chessecake. There are many variety of cheese cakes and free recipes in the internet. Of course you can use your own creation too.
