看的有点儿没明白。你已经工作两个月了，怎么还不是员工？

可能你现在是临时工吧（temporary position），想转成正式工（permanent position）？我们公司有人转过。肯定是自己提申请，除非公司觉得你的杰出人才十分想留住你，也会给你offer。

至于agent，我不知道你现在是给谁干活儿，如果是给公司干活儿（直接从公司拿钱），那跟agent就没有关系了。就是说，agent只是把你介绍进去，然后一次性拿个好处费就完了。如果你是在给agent干活儿（就是直接从agent那里拿钱），那你如果想转，肯定要跟agent提。到底是给谁干活儿，你interview的时候，HR的人应该跟你说的很清楚的。如果不清楚，问一下你们公司HR的人就行了。
