Hello!!

Does anyone knows that if there is any protential problems that I need to be careful if I buy a car from USA on ebay? Is it allowed to import a used car from USA? any protential fee I need to pay attention to?

I am asking because I  saw a good deal on a local classified forum of  used cars, but the owner says the car is in NY and wants to make the deal through ebay by paypal. I like the car very much but not sure if it is a fraud.

It would be appreciated very very much if anyone could give me any suggestion.
