请教Rel4表格退税

我是来蒙城半年的国际学生，曾和一Roomate住过，因为时候住进去的，所以lease上没我名字。但房费是我们share。现在Rel4表格下来了，如果我拿不到其中那份退税怎么办，是不是就只能吃哑巴亏？？

yes. since there is no your name on the lease, only leasee is person on law to pay tax, so for sure that you can get nothing on lease about the tax.

since u are an international student....u are not allowed to fill "return tax" and cannot get tax refund

only Canadian resident & landing resident are allowed....

u can talk to your roomate. If you live there in Dec. 2002, he should share the tax reture with u.

However, if he doesnt want to share with you, you can do nothing.

yellowblack, international student can get tax return for sure.

请教：我们是2002年11月登陆的新移民，12月1日签正式的LEASE，房租370/月，上个月房东给的RELEVE 4上的金额43.17元，他说这个数据只是12月的，因为你们只住了一个月。而我认识的朋友（也是11月来的新移民）11月签LEASE的，每月房租和我们差不多，可他接到的RELEVE 4上的数据却有好几百元，为什么会有这么大的差距呢？房东只填一个月的数据合理吗？谢谢。

what is "Receive 4", is it can be sent to our personal bank account?

the property tax should be one year tax, not one month. even if u live there from Dec. 30-Dec.31, u can get full property tax amount,
but unfortunately, if u are alone, maybe u can get some deduction, if u're couple, the amount above more than $800, u can get some deduction.
u can find formula on quebec tax forms.

i believe on the tax form, u should put the property tax for the whole year.
