请教买房问题：室外停车位

刚订了套Condo，室外停车位，需要另外支付12k购买。

从来没考虑过这个问题，一下子愣住了。请教各位，这样的停车位是否值得买。地理位置:地铁Place St. Henri附近。

感觉价钱还行，市内停车位在20-25K左右，室外停车位10K左右是正常价位。我2年前看的condo，一个室外停车位8K，当时对房子的位置不太满意就没买。后来买的是室内停车位，房子和停车位是package，当时agent说室内停车位价位在15-20K。今年的一个朋友买的condo，市内停车位要价25K.

其实主要还是看地方，像南岸，LAVAL那边很多condo都包1个或以上的停车位，不过近downtown的condo就一般不包。曾经看上了一套28万左右的condo就因为一个室内停车位要3万5而打消了念头。。。

我决不信市内停车位要价25K.建议LZ多打电话问问正在卖的condo，装作是要买房，问问车库价格

除了南岸，西岛,laval等稍微偏远的地方，只要是岛内不太偏的地方，买过condo的都知道什么价位，不过有些condo和车位是一起卖的，不能拆开，看起来好像是送了一个车库，不过比邻近的类似的房子贵些。拆开卖的看起来房子便宜些，具体岛内的市内停车位什么价位请楼主调查一下，最好给大家回报一下，让大家心理有个数。

这次我买的Condo,停车位是分开卖的，可以不买，即使想买，也可以以后再订。

所以一时拿不定主意，先上网请教。谢谢大家的建议，我也再去打听一下

据我了解,岛上新CONDO带的室外车位一般8-9K左右吧. 如果地段不是特别好, 12K有点偏贵.

室内的一般18-25K左右

the Condo I just bought near Metro Pie-ix, Samcon's project, outdoor parking 7k, we bought in Feb. this year, now their new project outdoor parking is increasing to 10k, indoor parking is 20k - 25k
Nothing to do with misleading... different area different price, parking is like condo or house.

I asked another condo two years ago, outdoor parking is included, indoor is 8K, in ville st-laurent too. 12K for an outdoor parking is robbing. You can't compare price with downtown if your condo is not in downtown. Some downtown 3 1/2 condos are sold at 280K, you can't say 280K is the fair price for a 3 1/2 at other places., X e) |! 我两年前买的condo，当时看的不下10个，都是新的building，但是都不在downtown，也不在ville st-laurent ，其中只有一个building是市外停车位（8K)，一个没有停车位，其他都是市内停车位，其中分开卖的车位要价15K-20K，不分开卖的据agent说也是这个价位，再加上这两年有朋友买新房（都不在downtown和ville st-laurent ），车库的价位都超过20K了，所以我觉得自己没有误导大家。
还有我所看的包括我朋友的房子都是价位在170-250K左右的41/2condo.
