过了一个星期了,Acanac DSL 还没通。 Acanac 发来We are going to issue a repair ticket with Bell though your line was activated it seems there may have been an installation issue on Bell's part. What would be a good time that you'll be available during the day if they need to send a tech? AM(9-12), PM(12-5), 9-5, 9-9 or Evenings(5-9)? And what is your phone number during the access time that you selected?
这是什么意思? 我已收到modem, 可以自己连接安装。就是没有DSL信号。 有人遇到过这种情况的朋友回个贴。谢谢。 有时候不是你这边的事情,是bell那边的问题,所以可能得有个人上门调试.你要是全天都在家,就告诉他
anytime.然后留下你的电话,他们上门之前会先联系你....
还有也有可能给你开通了,但是没人会主动通知你,所以积极问一下.每天晚上都测试一下开通没 |
