you can go to CLSC to get a list of family doctor, or go to the website www.ratemds.com, then you need to call to see if any of the doctor still accept new patient. as I know, it might not be easy to get one.

You can also ask your friends about their doctors, this way you might have a bit of idea how the doctor is.

You can try some at the beginning to see who you like the most, then you could make your decision whom you want to be your doctor.
