中共正在严重迫害人权！刘晓波12月10日下午，参与《○八宪章》签署者的上海维权律师郑恩宠也遭三名公安从家中带走，目前情况仍不明。张祖桦说：「没有刘晓波的丝毫消息，也无从知道他的下落及被带走的原因。但情况看来不妙。」他又再补充：「我们的看法是，这次扣押可能会成为逮捕或长期拘留，可能会被扣至（明年）6月4日以后。」

  

  上海维权律师郑恩宠多次遭公安毒打，因郑恩宠继续向海外披露江泽民、黄菊、陈良宇、韩正等家族的贪腐黑幕，已成了中共头号黑名单。

  

  《○八宪章》分前言、我们的基本理念、我们的基本主张和结语等四部分，主要内容是阐述自由、人权、民主、宪政等基本概念，主张修改宪法、实行分权制衡，实现立法民主，司法独立，主张结社、集会、言论、宗教自由。由中国大陆三百多位智识份子、维权人士和民众共同联署发起《○八宪章》签名活动，10日就获得海外人士的热烈响应，有来自香港、美国、德国等球各地的58名学者。

我对这个宪章持怀疑态度，如果民意有用，中共早该下台或者实施政改，和专制者斗，只能靠拳头，萨达姆的命运就是明证。
