哪里有卖 Veau Tail 牛尾骨?

但不是唐人店里的那种大牛尾骨,一点不好吃.

Normally we buy Ox Tail=牛尾, not Veau Tail. As for taste and ways to cook, I'll let other experts . . . . .

知道正常的牛尾骨是南方人用来煲汤的, 不能吃, 但是veal tail (veau au lait) 不但可以煲汤,而且是超好吃的东东.:p 建议你试试, 然后就会觉得那个大牛骨头简直就是该扔的. ;) 不过呢, 感觉女士们多会更爱veal tail多些.

usually I went that Intermarché located at coin Boul.Lacordaire and Rue Belanger of Saint Leonard. there is so cheap of the price and I check the other Intermarché are more expensive. And next to that Intermarché has one arabien shop, they sell the chicken legs also cheap......normally 2.99/ kg and I bought few times are 1.99/kg, Beef is 5.99/kg.

楼主可以到cote-vertu附近的大M店看看，我肯定在那里看到你说的VEAU AU LAIT，但不知道是不是就是你要的牛尾骨，对不起法语不行，我有点搞不懂那个单词到底是个啥意思。在cote-vertu station下，转公交170过几站就到了。Happy eating:p
