椰蓉蜂蜜柠檬蛋糕
再激情地介绍 从网上偷来+然后惨被MP 改头换面的 椰蓉蜂蜜柠檬蛋糕:
1. 先做Homemade Crisco Quick Bread Mix @ http://crisco.com/Recipes/Details.aspx?recipeID=865
2. 再做 Coconut Coffee Cake @ http://crisco.com/Recipes/Details.aspx?recipeID=1267
(Coffee Cake 是没有咖啡的, 应命名为椰蓉下午茶蛋糕)
Changes I did:
- I decreased sugar from 3 tbsp to 2. Still a bit sweet, next time I will not add any sugar.
- I don't have Apricot Preserves, drizzled 2 big teaspoon of Honey on batter.
- we love lemon, I just squeeze ~2-3 TABLEspoon of fresh lemon juice on top (有点惨不忍睹的 :p )
- I cooked mine in regular (bread) loaf pan.
Comments:
- The topping is EXTREMELY nice, very 酥脆
- We like it, will make another one for a friend next week.
- still moist and soft today=3rd day.
过2或3天,我将会 使用遗留下来的一部分Mix做 Quick Muffins. 我会添加切碎的cranberries, 再想想 。 。 。 。 。
