Application for admission - 2nd to 5th Secondary


School in September 2009

Registration
To apply for admission for grades 2nd to 5th Secondary, you must complete an online application.

After validation of your online registration you will receive a registration confirmation via email (requests are processed once a day). All information for admission will be sent to this email address provided during online registration. It is therefore important to check its validity and to prevent spam, to add our sending address to your contacts.

To proceed with online registration, you will need the permanent code of your child, indicated on his report card.

You can return at any time amend your application by accessing the same account Pluriportail candidate. Please NOTE and keep your user name (username) and password in a safe place and make sure that nobody can access your account. It is essential to respect upper and lower case when entering your username and password.
Please note that the loss of the username or password may delay the admission process.

The deadline for enrollment for the entrance examination is set for Wednesday, 12 am, before the review session.

Entrance Examination
The admission examinations will be held on:

Saturday March 28 and Sunday 29 March deadline on Wednesday 25 March at 12 am;
Saturday May 2 and Sunday May 3, registration deadline Wednesday, April 29 at 12 pm;
Saturday May 23 and Sunday May 24, deadline Wednesday, May 20 to 12 h;
Saturday June 20 and Sunday June 21, deadline Wednesday, June 17 at 12 h.

You choose the test date when you register online. Warning! Seating is limited for each session will be the first on the timing. The invitation to the examination, with contact details, will be sent by email on Thursday before the session of the weekend.

Examinations are always held at 13 h 30 (present at 13 h), in downtown Montreal. There is no fee to be paid on site for the exam.

For applications from another province or abroad, we indicate in the section "Other information to us" and choose the date of examination abroad. " We will then contact you.


Doors open
Afternoon "open house" will be held on Wednesday 18 March 22 April 13 May and 10 June 2009, from noon to 15 pm, and you will get acquainted with our College and its environment. For more information, click here.


The brief
Send by mail, along with the online application and no later than Wednesday before the review session, the following documents:

A copy of the last update received from the current school year (2008-2009)

A final copy of the previous school year (2007-2008)

A photograph of the applicant

A non-postdated check of $ 50 payable to the Collège Sainte-Anne de Lachine covering the costs of openness, review of documents and examination. This amount is non refundable.

In the absence of receipt of the full or after the deadline, the College Sainte-Anne consider that the application is canceled without further notice. To check whether we have received the various documents required, you can check the status of building your portfolio with your Pluriportail.


Results and places
The results on the admissibility of the application will be notified by email on Friday following the review session. The results take account of the entrance examination and school.

Successful applicants will be offered a place at the College based on availability in the different programs, options, groups of English ... The places will be offered to candidates who have been accepted on a 'first come, first served basis.


Programs
When you apply for admission online, you can express your interest in any of our programs. After the test scores for admission, we will contact you to assess the motivation and basic skills needed for your child to access these programs.
