看了华人服务中心的小册子,上面有写宣誓也要收费的,
以前听说学校有不要收费的,不知道现在还有否,:confused:

我住mcgill这边.

why do you ask your friend who signed the lease go to the office,where you apply for the Health Card, he can take an oath before the officer, and this costs nothing. good luck.
