几年前因为搬家，一个信用卡账单没有改地址， 200多加币托了好久，他们银行的催债部门最后给我打电话催债，我才告知他们的把账单寄到我的新地址。 付了帐但是留下了不好的记录。

你可以找原来的那个信用卡公司要付款的记录, 然后跟信用公司去解释.
