公民卡丢了，请问怎么办新卡？网站上的不太明白，有办过的给说说好吗？感谢！！！！！

先到警察局去挂失, 挂失报告上有个号码, 要填在申请表上.
别的就按网上要求的文件准备就好了. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/certif.asp ,

the application is for a new certificate or to replace one that was lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
时间非常的长, 2-3 个月受到确认信, 6个月受到卡, 要有耐心.

１。All applicants must send two (2) identical photos.

２。All original citizenship/naturalization certificate(s) and any pink transmission copies 这个是指什么？我家丢的是小孩子的卡。谢谢！！
Two (2) pieces of personal identification, such as a driver’s licence and a health insurance card
Other documents, such as a marriage certificate/divorce certificate and/or a legal name change certificate (if applicable) 同上问，小孩子只有健康卡，没有别的了

３。所有文件都需要Certified true copies？

1. pink transmission copies : 是和公民卡一起发给你的, 一面印有国歌,另一面是签字和你的公民卡的粉红色的纸,

2. 可用小孩的出生证, 或公证书.

3. 不用true copies, just copy them yourself.
