合约到期提前一星期发邮件说不再续期，这间公司还在我的信用卡上扣走了$427. 发了很多邮件去要求退款，它们说要扣一个月的费用，而且我在合约到期的前两天已经不用它们公司的帐户上网。想钱想疯了。我要去The Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services 投诉它。各位同胞小心这间破公司。

貌似提前一个月cancel，我曾经成功取消过，对方也就回邮件问取消原因，我随便说个理由，就OK了

cancel service must one month in advance, not one week, they have the right to charge u one month fee, next time be careful!!!

就算是我的错。它们公司也只能在我信用卡上扣一个月的钱，为什么要扣一年，这明明是无赖的行为。提前了十天通知它们，它们也有时间通知我扣一个月的钱的决定，十天后不声不响的扣了一年的钱，等你去追，就说你违约了，不能把钱全还你，要扣下一个月的钱。这样的公司以后还有顾客吗。

在网上申请填表时，它的规则里写得很明白，在BILLIING那一段里，CANCEL ON OR BEFORE THE RENEW DATE。 就是说在到期那一天取消都可以，当然我们不会笨到那最后一天。
所以说它根本没有权力多要一个月的钱的。
