5:30 p.m.:  Media celebrities in a round-robin elimination series to see who is fastest at changing tires.
5 p.m. : Meet Formula 1600 drivers during the autograph signing session.
7 p.m.: Labatt Blue Dry Concerts, presenting "Rebound"
9 p.m.: "Alter Ego" concert. Perform the pop hits of 70s, 80s, 90s & today. Good show.

On Friday:
6 p.m.: Honda Charity Auction of Rare racing collectibles.
7 p.m.: "The Pop Zone" concert. Energetic pop band.
9 p.m: "Turn It On Again" Concert.

Saturday:
12:30 p.m.: "The SoulFish" Concert,

there are free outdoor world music concerts at noon.
Jun 11, Wednesday - Ukraine.
Jun 13, Friday - Afganistan.
Jun 16, Monday - Congo.
Jun 18, Wednesday - Celtic countries.
Jun 20, Friday - Cuba. The performer, Yussy Barbara Ruiz, is a good singer.

Just came back from the esplanade of Place des Arts.
the outdoor noon concert of the Cuban singer, Yussy Barbara Ruiz, was great.
Before the concert, I was concerned that the songs might be too hardcore Cuban
for the general public to enjoy.
It turns out that she picked some popular tunes of different styles,
fast salsa, merengue, Cha Cha, romantic rumba, even a disco song in Spanish.
There were also invited dancers on stage, really spicing up the show.
The whole place was jumping.
Great fun !

Another noon concert.

`Sandra and the latin groove`` will peform outdoor in Place du Canada(Dominion square),
which is on Peel, between St. Catherine and Rene Levesque
at noon for 1 hour on July 23.
This band plays mainly Latin pop music,
some salsa and merengue.
The lead singer Sandra is very versatile.
She can sing anything from the hit songs of Shakira, Ricky Martin, to even 70`s disco songs too.
I`ve watched her shows before.
She always gave great performances.
It should be a good show to catch.

An outdoor performance of "the dances of the world"
will take place at "Theatre de Verdue" at 8:30pm tonight.
"Theatre de Verdue" is an outdoor theatre stage
inside a park, called Parc-La Fontaine.
The park is a 5-min walk going east on Sherbrooke street
from Sherbrooke metro station.
After you reach the park,
go north along the street "ave. du Parc-La Fontaine" for another 5 min
until you reach Duluth street.
At this point,
you will probably hear music
or see people go to the theatre.
