Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle, just follow Champlain Bridge. about half and hour.24 hours open. Don't forget your other documents to show you have legal status here before landing. They will ask you to turn it in. Bonne chance!

And could u tell me the number of highway to go there, and  "Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle" is a town, or just the name for the custmor office?
And u mean it takes "Half of an Hour" or "Half and an hour"?

That is the custom's office. I think the town is called Champlain (not 100% sure). It is about 45 minute drive (sorry about the mistype, was too tired). Sorry that I can't tell you the highway number cause my friend drove me there. But I think you can find the route on internet. Just use yahoo maps. It is very easy. Good luck!:rolleyes:

I just found this for you. Hope this is helpful. Your friend can go with you to the US side if he/she has US visa. There is no bridge. Very simple.

I find the place on map. just follow 15 expressway. Since the high way is connected to a highway in US, and the custmor station should be on the exact border, so when you landed there, need you drive out of the highway from an exit? or the station is just on the highway, and I was told we should get some
piece of document from US side, right? What is that?

Dont think there is an exit. Just follow the other vehicles and wait for your turn. Tell the officer you just need to go to the US border to come back in canada. Then they will direct you to a building nearby to get back your passport. Then drive over to that building, and park there. Then go in (it is important that your friend has the US visa,i think), and the officer there will get your fingerprint, and your eye scan, then give you back a paper of refusal. Bring that to the Canadian side. Voila, c'est tout!:cool:
