If u don't mind calling, u may get few $ off from Retention Dept. or Customer Loyalty Dept. from Bell. I used to get $2.5/mth, only 3 months at a time. http://www.sinoquebec.com/bbs/showthread.php?631126.

Now I get -$2/mth from Primus, "permenantly".
