Do u refer to Yogurt or sour milk?  Yogurt machine are available in most major department store.  First u better make sure u find store that sell the culture, I am not sure if they sell it in supermarket anymore.  

In case u are interested, I have a good machine for $30.  eMail your phone # to venusc@hotmail.com .   U better check around first.  New one could be cheaper.
