但是，我还有些疑问。
1。我的车冷车时，呆速将近2000，这正常吗？往往等3-5分钟 呆速才能下到1500-1600左右 。我担心总这样可能会对ENGINE不好，就打着火后很快就挂上 D档，即使这时也是1000转以上，等一会 才会下到1000左右（在挡上挂着）。
2。往往开的时间长了 ，刹车总是使劲踩才能挺稳车，好象油门在憋着似的。有朋友说是不是油门线（弹簧）老化的原因。您怎么看？？因为我不懂，也不知这个东西在什么地方。。所以很难讲清楚。
3。为什么会高速突然就熄火了呢？？
4。刚才冷车启动，按照1。的方法，等到转速降下来，又挂回P挡，700转左右，大概10分钟，竟然这回是低转速熄火（高也熄，低也熄。。。无奈 ）。然后就又打不着。等7-8分钟，再打，着了。？？？？？


又写了这么多，够罗嗦了，还是请DonCherry等高手指点。。。我迷茫了很长时间了。。。。

有一朋友的车也是一团糟。原来distributor cap有裂缝, 内部黑糊糊的。换了就好了。不知道你的车cap怎样？

There are few things affect the idle speed, the idle speed adjust screw, the timing(the way that garage tried to adjust), sensors like temperature sensor, injectors(if it leaks, the idle speed will be faster, engine may be chocked on highway) and probably the gas cable.

Faster idle doesn't hurt your engine, but more gas or probably stall on certain case. Engine stall is the main concern.

I think faster idle makes brake difficult.

Engine chocked, might be because temperature sensor is malfunction.
