     My radiator fan doesn't work even if when the temperature is quite high. I find my coolant is slightly leaking somewhere. What can cause this problem? By the way, do you know the English name for "温控器"? I wonder if the "温控器" in my 1995 Honda civic is broken. Thanks. If it is, how can I change it?

They are all not relevant. "温控器"? Should be called "Jie Wen Qi"
Thermostat in English doesn't cause the leaking and fan stopping
working.

Fan problem: Cooling fan switch is fault.
Leaking:  Metal rust or rubber hose broken or water pump/
Thermostat: Stuck if temperature cannot reach 90C when warm up.

Focus on fan switch and leaking problem.
