[size=13.3333px]Manage all logistics of shipments which include:
- Answer inbound calls from Carriers/Drivers/Sales and schedule inbound and outbound shipping
- Shipment tracking and follow-up
- Interface with freight carrier, customers, as well as warehouse to report current shipping statuses of all shipments
- Communicate with sales or warehouse any delivery issues or concerns
- Manage paperwork for all aspects of shipping including: UPS/Fed Ex, LTL, Full Truck Load, International shipments
- Coordinates activities of warehouse with activities of sales and purchasing departments to ensure seemless operation
- Maintain/update our intranet database and upload all current shipping statuses, including PO numbers with corresponding tracking #’s and ETA
- Maintain and conduct random monthly stock-reconciliations with warehouse inventory report
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed including data entry and filing
- Conduct special projects which may be assigned by upper management from time to time: ?1 p R: _ A% h. h. x
