前台工作主要是接待周末的客人上门换取MODEM 及modem 库存记录

- l9 c7 N/ Y6 n& h7 b! rProvide excellent customer service at all times.
( y8 D& f! Q1 d2 _  M6 r% cAppropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries.! ^3 l# h* ?3 P" u+ L# f

Pick up the call during weekdays, and help customer for modem pick up, return, and exchange during the weekend. / x7 X$ X8 X+ a9 R4 b+ x
Basic technical trouble shoot to help customers resolve internet service issues in reception.

2 p0 {: R* z7 l$ qPerforms other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager

7 a! e3 I3 a; {9 l, NWorking hours: Weekdays, 10am-7pm

Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
