请问有谁知道，有CSQ，但是登陆后在其他省份居住，并且超过了三个月，回魁省来读书

可不可以享受同Quebec居民的待遇，例如可以申请bursary and loan。多谢了！！！！！

CSQ is already the proof of Quebec resident.

Usually you can provide one of the followings:
1. CSQ
2. Lease that can prove that you come to Quebec in the first 3
    month of your landing.

So CSQ is enough.
