I was refused this morning when I try to get into U.S. customes at Airport. I was told that I have to provide some documents to provide ties with Canada such as: Evidence of Employment , Education, house lease and bank statement, return tickets and detail itinerary etc.

6 r$ f3 p* U! h6 E4 s4 l  I, k# jMy excuse for this trip is to visit my boy friend and stay there for one week because he is studying in u.s. now.I am a Canadian immigrant and have graduated last year but do not have a job. My apartment has already transfered to a friend. It's very hard for me to provide above evidences actually. Is there anyone knowing how can I do next or giving me a hand to provide some helpful info.

难道你不是先拿了去美国的签证然后才去的吗？

newone你没看懂贴子的意思. 即使有了签证, 你还是有可能被拒绝进入美国的.

其实每次进美国, 都要充分准备好, 不然很可能拒绝. 我有一个朋友和APPLEJUICE相识的情形, 我朋友是拿了10年的B1/B2准备到美国和恋人团聚的. 可是她带的东西太多, 给美国移民官看出来了. 当场就把B1/B2注销了. 理由是有移民倾向.

还有这样的, 那如果回国从美国过境, 当然要带很多行李了, 难道也有移民倾向?

我朋友带的行李中, 好象有家居用品. 是她的疏忽.

一般转机是不会有事的. 主要是是目的地是美国境内的入境. 会问你在加拿大做什么, 如果有工作的话, 在哪家公司. 呆几天, 看谁, 什么关系..........回答这些问题前, 得仔细考虑一下. 只有引起怀疑了, 才会要看你的有关证明.

移民关怎么会知道你带了多少东西呢？我的印象是先过关，再取行李，难道不是吗？
