Go to PROJECT GENESIS(Project Genesis (Metro Cote St-Catherine, tel.: 514  738 2036), they should able to help you (my wife case was supported by them, and today she is arrived here thre years already--I paid to an immigration lawyer, and my case never moved till PROJECT GENESIS helped).
