嗜好啤酒，想自酿啤酒，请问列位大侠同好，在哪里可以买到酿酒的发酵设备？自制啤酒的程序步骤？谢了先！

Methodology: Look for it on the web OR rent a tape from wine story(below).

Supplies: All Wine Making stores also sell beer making equipment and supplies, they also rent/lend u VHS tape on how to make wine/beer. Look for local Wine Making stores in the yellow pages. Sorry, I don't have info. off hand.

一个简单的方法，用水兑酒就好了，最好再放点麦芽。。。开玩笑。;)

Quick search on web, 90 links on "wine making" "canada". All/most of Wine supplies stores sell beer suppliers too. Some of those companies has "outlets" all over Canada.
