how to apply about airplane ticket

I heard the new immigrant can use the first airplane ticket to
apply tax. is this true ? if this is true, which form should I use,quebec or canada? please tell me how to fill the forms.

Never heard of it, ask some agents like Wang8 or mutual fund sales like premier? or P.O.S etc.. am I spelling your guys name right??

Somebody told me new immigrants can get half price for their air tickets too! My God! How cheap could that be??? Never heard of it too!!!
