When I bought my car, I also purchase "replacement warranty"
from dealer.
Now this car is total at loss in accident, I want to implement this
service, but something in contract confused me:
the value in contract is net price before freight and tax, that means
I paid (net price + 1010)*15% for the car.
If dealer give me a new car, is the credit between the net price and
money I got from insurer, need I pay some extra for that(like tax)?
Who has this experience before?
