去年和二房东签了半年sublease(2004年11月到期, 一间房),
之后一直没有续签.
二房东与大房东的合同是2005年6月到期,他也住在同一套apartment,
大家有口头约定是住到2005年6月.

2005年1月二房东口头通知说他想搬出去, 正在打广告再把这套apartment
转租出去, 叫我想办法另外找房.


请问各位知情者:

1. 我和二房东签的旧合同是不是已作废? 还是自动延期?
延期到什么时候?

2. 二房东没经过我的同意, 就想转租这套房, 合不合法?
他叫我另外找房,是不是已经要求解除我们之间的约定(如果还有的话)?

3. 如果现在我找到合适的房, 可不可以立刻搬出去,不用再相互签协定?
如果这时候二房东还没找到人承租这套公寓或房间, 他是否可以阻止
我搬出去?

NOTE : The sub-tenant is not obliged to leave the premises unless he has received a 10 days notice to vacate from the tenant or the landlord. Ask the Régie for information on this subject.
