本人使用TD bank的银行卡， 在输入密码时不小心多输入了几次错误密码，结果卡被disabled,由于是新移民， 不知如何处理，在此请教各位好心人如何处理？持卡人又不在Montreal,请问家属可否代办？是否在办理时间上有什么要求？非常着急！请求帮助！！！

If you are in town, just go to the bank branch where the account was opened, bring two photo IDs, and ask for re-setting the card.I  screwed up my card more than once, reset was never a problem.
I understand you're not in town, if the account was jointly opened with your spouse, ask your spouse to go to the office to have the card fixed.
Or call the bank yourself,explain the situation and ask what's required to either reset the card or to have a replacement card.
Relax, everything will be fine.
