How to transfer money from China to Canada?

I have $10000 (Canada Dollars) in China but I couldn't bring it by myself because the expenses will be too high for the amount of money. Do you have any mean to transfer it from Beijing China to here.

Please help!

1）托人从香港汇
2）托人带
3）自己带
4）看谁要往国内汇钱，交换

The most practical way would be suggestion No. 4 for me. But how to operate will be a big issue.
