康大EE研究生录取

我刚收到系里发的e-mail，通知我被录取了，信中说已经给我发了一封recommendation letter,graduate school将继续办理随后的申请事宜，由他们发正式的录取通知。同时告诉说，这是一个"No Funding Program",不知是什么意思.有没有人也收到信。

I was told that a letter of recommendation had been mailed to me. But I have not recieved this letter. Have you gotten it?

Have you recieved the leeter of recomendation said in the e-mail. A week passed, I have not gotten any letter from department or graduate school. I guess I should directly go to graduate school to inquire my application status. By the way, do you know what the "No funding program" means?
