There is one in the same building as the Gov of Canada office where one can apply for SIN card. I cannot remember the exact address. Only that it's on south side of St. Catherine street, a couple of hundred meters west of Atwater street (less than 1 street block). It's probably on 5th or 7th floor, really cannot remember.

I know there is a place in Complex Guy Favereau, just in the Chinatown.I did it last year, I don't know now if they still do it.

Thanks a lot.   It is done.  I think it is a permanent service center, international fingerprint service.  But if you do it for the criminal clearance in US, you have to do two copies, even more copies, one for FBI, the other ones for the states that you used to live in.  The federal one is cheaper than the state one.
