今天收到康大的录取信，同时让我补修若干门早在国内大学学过的课程，并说“upon receiptof official course outlines or syllabi from your university, your file will be reviewed for possible exemptions and /or advanced standing."
想请教各位，什么叫"official course outlines or syllabi from your university"？难道课程描述也必须是从国内直接寄过来的？自己写好交给他不行吗？关键是这东西又不是成绩单，国内的大学谁给你写这些英文的课程描述啊？再说也毕业多年了。经过若干回合，好不容易official transcript 算是告诉我收到了，现在又来要official course outline。真是让他们搞的不胜其烦。请各位给点指点吧
1)课程描述能否自己写了然后交给Counsellor？
2)怎么写好呢？

when i was admitted by Concordia, they required me to complete 120 credits, though I had a degree in China. They said they didn't receive the official transcript (but they have a copy of the transcript...which is the only one mailed from China). I could do nothing but let it be.

then after more than one year, they mailed me and exempted half of the credits. Now I only need to complete 60 credits. Can you believe it?

So I suggest you to find the advisor (who signed your admission letter) and argue with her/him.

  我准备这几天去问问学校要我怎么递交课程描述。是需要学校盖章直接寄过去呢，还是我自己打印出来交上去就好。

据我所知,好象课程描述要自己做好英文的之后,拿到
以前的学校盖章,然后用信封封好,盖上骑缝章,然后寄
过来的.
