我儿子今年13岁, 脸上经常会出很多的青春豆, 此起彼伏, 影响美观.
请问有没有高手知道怎样抑制和消除的简单办法.

青春期的少儿,脸上或颈背部有痤疮(熟名:青春豆)是常见情况,不用太担心.
现代医学有数种有效的方法,一般采用局部用药,一类药主要是抑制皮脂在皮下的聚集,防止'白头或黑头'的形成(药名:benzoyl peroxide, adapalene, or tretinoin),另一类是抗菌素(erythromycine or clindamycine),抑制聚集于皮下的皮脂细菌感染.市场上更常用的是两类的合剂.上述药一般使用3-5天就明显有效,可完全消除'青春豆'.
