紧急请教：吃罚单，但已回信请求上诉，但没有收到回信，现已近30天，是否先交款？谢谢好心人回答

No. Never pay the fine until you receive the letter from Municipal Cour de Montreal. It normally takes several month for them to respond to your appealing. If they accept your explanation, they will send you a "Notice of Withdrawal" to cancel your prior "Statement of Offence". Otherwise, you may have the choice to pay the fines or ask for a hearing.
